Membership dues are due on the 15th of January and again on the 15th of July.  $130.00 for your first lot, $65.00 for the second lot, $32.50 for each subsequent lot after that. Plus $50.00 road fee per owner bi-annually. If you haven’t received your invoice or have questions concerning your invoice please contact the POA office. There is a $300.00 owner transfer fee per new owner.

Yes!  We offer mowing service for property owners not living on site.  Please contact the POA for the cost of the service and to be put on the schedule.

Yes there is a small fee to reserve the clubhouse.  The cost is $50.00 plus a $150.00 refundable deposit.  All you have to do is call the POA office to reserve.  Please leave the property clean when you are done and your deposit will be returned.

Yes, there is a $20.00 fee to reserve a camping spot per night. Please reach out to lkwpoa@gmail.com to reserve a spot.
