Clubhouse
Our Clubhouse is located at the Lake Mayo boat ramp & fishing pier with a beautiful lake view. A screened in back porch is a nice touch. There is plenty of parking space for hosting community events or rental use for birthday parties and family gatherings. There is a large kitchen area with lots of counter space.
The Clubhouse is also the location of the Property Owner’s Association offices and the large open area is used for monthly board and annual meetings.
Pool
Our pool complex is a great place to cool off when the hot summer months roll around. A great place for the whole family or just lounge around in the sun. The newly renovated basketball court is adjacent to the pool area.
Fishing Pier &
Lake Access
Our Community Fishing Pier is located next to the POA Clubhouse and the Lake Mayo boat launch. Lake Mayo is known for its Crappie and Bass fishing. Lake Mayo is a small lake restricted to non powered water craft so its peaceful and quiet year round !
There is also a Community boat ramp into Lake Palestine located in the POA Camp Ground area. Lake Palestine is a large lake known for water sports and fishing.
